Ron brings extensive experience in manufacturing, sales, and executive management to his role as Board Member at Aero Fleet One Corporation. His career spans over 40 years of leadership in various industries, with particular expertise in capital markets and mergers & acquisitions.

As the owner of Pierview since 1985, Ron has specialized in manufacturing castings, permanent mold, die castings, high precision machining, and tube fabrication. His background includes co-founding Rocket Capital, a hedge fund with $25 million in assets under management, and NuShoe Inc., the largest independent resoling company in the United States.

Ron's board experience includes serving on both public and private companies, most recently as Board Member and Chairman of the Compensation Committee for QLGN, a publicly traded oncology company. Since 2000, he has helped startups and existing companies plan their exit strategies through capital acquisition, M&A, and reverse mergers.

An accomplished pilot in his leisure time, Ron combines his passion for aviation with his business acumen to provide valuable guidance to Aero Fleet One Corporation.
