About
Our team has begun the process of
acquiring and partnering with
aerial application businesses.
We have ceased new acquisitions for the 2022 spraying season and will resume acquisition activity in the fall.

Our team views each agreement not only as an investment into a single operation, but as an investment into the legacy and longevity of the industry. Together, we believe aerial application businesses can transform each other. It’s time to create an organization that is more than the sum of its parts.

The acquisition process
Relationships are at the heart of the business. We like to spend some time getting to know each other.
Under NDA, we’ll gather information to get a basic view of the business, some quantitative and some qualitative.
Once we have an idea of what this deal might look like and decide to move forward, we’ll sign a Letter of Intent.
We’ll verify details, discuss structure, and negotiate a deal that makes the most sense for everyone.
When it’s time, we’ll seal the deal and carry out the necessary steps to ensure a smooth integration.
Who we are
“The power of one, if fearless and focused, is formidable, but the power of many working together is better.”
Gloria Macapagal Arroyo

Our company is founded on respect for the knowledge and skills crafted for the last century by individual operators and the desire to see those carried forward into the next generation. The economic, political, and technological environments are changing, but what doesn’t change is the dedication of those in agricultural aviation. Entering the next stage of this industry will require the same courage and innovation with which it was first created.

We’re focused on the flying, prioritizing services, not just sales.
Planning for tomorrow means finding ways to do the job better today.
Together our crews have centuries of experience.
